	This ranch is high fenced, game-rich, and well managed. There is a large lodge to accomodate the hunter.
	The terrain is mostly large mesquite with plenty of underbrush, food plots, fields, and dry creek bottoms. There is a large population of native game, and exotics have been introduced to increase the hunting odds.
